Attribute Index (AI)

Today, business success is measured in HUMAN CAPITAL or the RIGHT talent for the job!  The Attribute Index assess an individual's cognitive structures (i.e. how their minds perceive themselves and the world around them) and is a tool that companies are now using to seek better ways of accurately evaluating, developing and retaining top talent. The result of the assessment is an accurate ranking of personal ATTRIBUTES describing individual potential for workplace and personal performance.

DISC Index (DI)
The DISC model is the most used behavioral assessment in the world.  The DI helps people better understand their unique behavioral strengths and tendencies, and helps them become more effective in several key areas of their life, including but not limited to:

VALUES Index (VI)
This instrument is based on the study of human value, motivation, and drive.  The VI helps people to better understand their unique value hierarchy or belief system pertaining to what motivates them, what they are most drawn to, and where their passions lie.  Values are formed through repeated experiences and multiple exposure to your world.  Your experiences help determine your attitude or beliefs about what is valuable or good and what is not.  It is important to understand your motivators and drivers since they are primarily static. Our values can change albeit at a very slow rate, outside of a significant emotional event or crisis.

D.I.AL.O.G.
(Data Indicating the ALignment of Organizational Goals)

The D.I.AL.O.G. diagnostic tool provides an organization's leadership with hard data as to where there are disconnects affecting results. The source of this data is the people within the organization.  As a prelude to any development activity, this instrument will rapidly chart where an organization is strategically, as well as, from an organizational excellence standpoint.
