Our career coaching process is a targeted, strategic, action- oriented approach to career development and job search. We work with our clients to manage their careers, and continuously keep sight for their next job search.  Our comprehensive process involves self-assessment, identifying job targets, resumes that position the client correctly, developing a Two-Minute Pitch, strategies for networking, interviewing and salary negotiation skills. 

We teach our clients an understanding of the entire hiring process.  The first interview is only a time for exchanging critical information with the goal of securing a second meeting.  The real work starts after the interview.   Our clients learn how to turn job interviews into offers and negotiate the best possible employment package.
