Stacey M. Jerrold, principal and founder of Jerrold HR Solutions, LLC, offers a passion for supporting individuals and teams to achieve their greatest potential. With two decades of experience, Stacey has grown in executive-level leadership roles for national and global corporations, providing expertise in business improvement that leverages human capital and increases revenue. She is recognized as a formidable leader in the field of Human Resources—known for “turning potential into performance.”

A strategic thinker who is able to see 360 degrees of any situation, Stacey established Jerrold HR Solutions in 2008 with the dream of creating a consulting firm that presents a full menu of company-building programs with a “personal touch.” The corporate HR and individualized coaching solutions provided by the company include Workforce Assessment, People Development, Coaching, and Youth Development. Each of these areas has one common theme: setting and achieving goals. As someone with an aptitude for seeing change as opportunity, she embraces the process that it offers and uses her talent for facilitation to effect positive transitions.

From 2003 to 2008, Stacey served as Senior Vice President, Head of Human Resources and Administrative Services for ING Clarion, a leading real estate investment management company. She was responsible for all facets of HR that supported over 500 employees across the United States and played an active role in the development of a global HR function.

Stacey gained extensive international experience while serving Deutsche Bank from 1999 to 2003. As Director, Global Chief Administrative Officer, she oversaw the administrative and HR functions for more than 1000 employees across 6 countries.

In 1989, Stacey began working for Bankers Trust Company, which was subsequently acquired by Deutsche Bank. She held the title of Vice President and Chief of Staff, where she directed a staff of 100 while performing a variety of critical operations. Prior to 1989, Stacey was an Operations Executive for Lord & Taylor in New York, guiding daily tasks of 200 sales associates for the retail flagship store.

Devoted to lifelong learning, Stacey holds a Master of Business Administration, SPHR designation, is a Certified Business Coach and a Certified Career Counselor.  She is an active member of Society for Human Resource Management, HRNY, The Five O’Clock Club, and Resource Associates Corporation.
